Job Description

We are seeking two experienced and forward-thinking *Senior Security Architects* to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in securing the next generation of digital platforms and enterprise solutions. This is a unique opportunity to influence architectural decisions across a diverse technology landscape, including *Web & Mobile applications, Data & AI platforms, SAP ERP, and End User Computing environments*.

As a Senior Security Architect, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to embed security into the design and delivery of cutting-edge solutions. You’ll be instrumental in assessing risks, developing secure architecture patterns, and guiding stakeholders through the complexities of modern security challenges.

Role Description

Industry Experience in:

  • Digital technologies (Web and Mobile, eCommerce)
  • Data platforms and Data & AI applications (Agentic AI architecture)
  • SAP ERP (experience on SAP ERP will be valued but not necessary)
  • End user computing (BYOD, Mobile MDM/MAM) 

Responsibilities

  • Review current system security measures recommending enhancements
  • Work closely within the architecture team to ensure security requirements are accounted for at design time.
  • Produce required security documentation and patterns
  • Ensure relationships with all project stakeholders are developed and maintained.
  • Convey to stakeholder the security implications and inherent risks of various designs
  • Being able to rate and quantify risks a design exposes the organisation to
  • Act as the conduit between security architecture, risk and project teams
  • Consult and suggest improvements to documented control patterns

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in cyber and security architecture roles, with at least 2 years in a security architecture or similar position.
  • Experience in retail or transformation transition desirable
  • Understanding of fundamental security concepts; such as:

** Securing operating systems, virtualisation and containers

** Securing public cloud (Azure, GCP)

** Identity and access management

** Security protocols and secure configuration

  • A firm grasp on security best practices and the ability to guide development teams and external vendors
  • Ability to conduct a range of assessments, including Gap and Risk Assessments, on a wide variety of projects.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities and tasks concurrently
