Job Description
Remote is seeking ICT Change Analysts to support Technology Services Branch in the uplift of IT service management in ASD. The successful candidates will work across ASD in a support and compliance capacity to assure the provision of effective ICT change and resilient enterprise ICT services. (LH-04479)
Role Description
Key duties and responsibilities
- Coordinates with stakeholders to advise on complex change requests
- Reviews change requests to appraise process compliance and application of decision rights
- Analyses and reports change activities to identify risk and performance trends
- Actively supports the operation of Change Advisory Boards
- Effectively coordinates and communicates change advice to stakeholders
- Identifies, evaluates and implements continual improvement initiatives
Essential criteria
- Demonstrated ability to support an enterprise-level ICT Change Management process.
- Demonstrated experience in ICT Change Management policy and process compliance.
- Demonstrated experience in the analysis and reporting of ICT Change Management process performance.
- Demonstrated experience in managing stakeholder relationships and communicating ICT change-related advice.
- Demonstrated ability to drive adoption of ICT Change Management tools and techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to continually improve ICT change Policy, Process and Procedure.
Desirable criteria
- Demonstrated experience supporting or leading the operation of Change Advisory Boards (CABs).
- Demonstrated experience managing or performing service desk functions.
