Job Description
Remote is seeking Corporate Support Officers to join the team in Homa Affairs. The Corporate Support Officer (CSO) will blend high-level executive and administrative assistance with broad-scope corporate services. The role is deliberately cross-functional: it touches on administration, communications, people services, compliance, data management, and continuous-improvement initiatives. By delivering reliable, proactive, and confidential support, the CSO enables multiple business areas to focus on its strategic priorities without being slowed by operational friction. (RFI 35-2526)
Role Description
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, edit, review and distribute internal communications.
- Handle, reply to and file internal and external correspondence with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Assist in the coordination of cross-divisional projects, maintaining timelines and status updates.
- Assist with corporate events and presentations when required. Keep databases current and accurate.
- Monitor and update corporate policies and procedures.
- Assist internal auditors and prepare documentation for external regulatory filings.
- Assist in the production of regular management reports on KPls, operational metrics, and trend analysis.
- Collate data and prepare slide decks for senior officer presentations. Keep data lists accurate and up-to-date.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Business Administration or Office Management qualification.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
Desirable Qualifications
- Office administration, corporate services, or executive support experience.
Required Knowledge/Experience and tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication.
