Job Description

Remote is seeking Corporate Support Officers to join the team in Homa Affairs. The Corporate Support Officer (CSO) will blend high-level executive and administrative assistance with broad-scope corporate services. The role is deliberately cross-functional: it touches on administration, communications, people services, compliance, data management, and continuous-improvement initiatives. By delivering reliable, proactive, and confidential support, the CSO enables multiple business areas to focus on its strategic priorities without being slowed by operational friction. (RFI 35-2526)

Role Description

Key Responsibilities  

  • Draft, edit, review and distribute internal communications.
  • Handle, reply to and file internal and external correspondence with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Assist in the coordination of cross-divisional projects, maintaining timelines and status updates.
  • Assist with corporate events and presentations when required. Keep databases current and accurate.
  • Monitor and update corporate policies and procedures.
  • Assist internal auditors and prepare documentation for external regulatory filings.
  • Assist in the production of regular management reports on KPls, operational metrics, and trend analysis.
  • Collate data and prepare slide decks for senior officer presentations. Keep data lists accurate and up-to-date.

 Mandatory Qualifications

  • Business Administration or Office Management qualification.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365.

Desirable Qualifications 

  • Office administration, corporate services, or executive support experience.

Required Knowledge/Experience and tools

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Problem-solving mindset and continuous-improvement orientation. Ability to work autonomously and as part of cross-functional teams.
