Job Description

Remote is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join the team in ASD to coordinate the delivery of multiple related projects and other change activities, which may include business-as-usual activities. They will also implement Program management approach appropriate for the Program ensuring alignment with organisational governance standards and frameworks and determine team structures and establishing a collaborative working environment ensuring timely and orderly delivery. Role Description

Key duties and responsibilities

The ICT Program Manager will perform the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Implementing Program management approach appropriate for the Program ensuring alignment with organisational governance standards and frameworks
  • Determining team structures and establishing a collaborative working environment ensuring timely and orderly delivery
  • Communicating with stakeholders and maintaining awareness of business needs and priorities
  • Ensuring deliverables, milestones, and dependencies are defined and communicated
  • Program tracking and reporting including; budget, schedule, issues, and risks
  • Identify opportunities to consolidate, simplify, streamline, and continually improve Program delivery.

Essential criteria

  • 5 years’ experience delivering ICT Projects within the National Intelligence Community
  • Demonstrated experience ensuring innovation across ICT projects and strategy alignment
  • Demonstrated prioritised and commensurate performance reporting
