Job Description
VCDF are seeking Junior System Administrators to to assist with day-to-day support and tasking and who can work under limited supervision and show initiative. ASAP start. (VCDF RFQ)
Role Description
Responsibilities:
- Junior System Administration functions
- User account management
- System monitoring
- Tier 1/2 troubleshooting
- Basic configuration of networking devices
- Help desk support
- Security monitoring and patching
- Maintain and enhance documentation
VCDF are looking for skilled individuals who can:
- Work under limited supervision
- Show initiative and complete tasking
- Can use and interact with task tracking software (Jira, Confluence)
- Maintain professionalism and work alongside senior administrators and staff to complete tasking
- Team member, willing to share workloads and support other members of the team
