Post-Travel Debrief

    This form, to be filled out after travel, collects the information needed to satisfy the debrief component of the AB644 Overseas Travel Briefing and Debriefing form.

    Were any problems experienced during entry or exit to any country visited (including questioning, passport processing, biometrics registering and luggage handling, troubling interactions with officers/officials)?*

    6. Accommodation

    Was there anything unusual, unexpected or concerning about your accommodation, such as:

    • No choice of accommodation;

    • Staff behaving in an unusual manner;

    • Indications that your hotel room, including safe, electronic devices, or luggage had been accessed or searched without your permission; or

    • Your room was cleaned or serviced unexpectedly (outside of routine)

    7. Contact with foreign nationals/other travellers/non-locals

    • Currency exchange for large sums;

    • Bartering, such as an offer to purchase or swap any of your belongings;

    • Requests to carry mail/packages;

    4. Apart from routine contact with hotel staff, taxi drivers, tour guides etc; did you strike up any friendship or acquaintance with foreign nationals?
