The Business Change Manager facilitates the adoption of project outcomes across various policy, operational, and technology workstreams. This includes everything from stakeholder communication and user training to the sustaining of new practices. The Business Change Manager leverages strong collaborative and relationship-management skills to partner with project teams, ensuring a seamless translation of technical delivery into lasting business adoption.
